Cooperative members have been urged to have good sacrifice for their Cooperative organization as this will enhance Cooperative Sustainability.
The President of Ike – Oluwa Sagamu Cooperative Multipurpose Union Limited and Founder/CEO Ola Cooperative Foundation – OCF Mr. Otinwa Lanre Abraham FICP revealed this while speaking at the Oluwafoyinsayemi Mobegelu Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited – OFSAM 2024 New Year Prayer Meeting and Monthly General Meeting in Ijebu Ode on Sunday, 7th January, 2024 with the theme “Duties and Responsibilities of Committee Members for Cooperative Sustainability and Loan Management”.
Mr. Otinwa FICP appealed to all members to work together for the growth and sustainable development of the Cooperative.

In his welcome address, the President, Oluwafoyinsayemi Mobegelu (Ijebu Ode) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited-OFSAM, Hon. Omelaja Ayodele thanked God to witnessed another year and the Cooperative organization didn’t recorded any casualty.
Hon. Omelaja said as part of the 7th Principles of Cooperative which is Education, Training and Information, the 5th Cooperative Principles, the Committee Members came up with a resolution from members to have a guest speaker at every General Meeting to educate members on Cooperative Law, Rules and Regulations. He mentioned that every General Meeting till October, we will be educating members on Cooperative Practices.
He thereafter urged members to pay attention to the guest speaker and ask questions where and when necessary.
The epoch making event also witnessed prayers in Muslim and Christian ways.
